Many of my friends have macs and I believe that they are plain crap. I am going to get my parents good pc soon and i’m wondering what the best way to vid chat is since i won’t be able to use iChat. Any suggestions…

I have a webcam and I want to video chat with someone but my stepmom forbids me from downloading anything to her PC. The camera doesn’t have any software (It’s actually an Eye Toy from my old PS2, it works the same tho.) and I need something like Meebo where I don’t have to download anything.
